Worst handling of customer. very poor customer service. I submitted a ticket asking for an assistance to unlink my current BPI account but no action was taken. Gcash support is only asking for the lastest screenshot of error of unlinking the account for 3x already but no solution is given!!!

The app don’t know to write a amount of money with point and comma!! FIX IT

The app lags significantly because of the scammy advertising. Reporting to the customer service is also not working. i cannot click the “issue not resolved” button. Please rereview this app. this significantly is below the Apple App store standards.

The first screen that is displayed upon opening the app is a splash page for a feature I have no interest in. And the user is forced to click „Remind me later“ to continue, which is irritating. We should be able to control if we want to be reminded of unnecessary features or not.

since weeks no access to my money in gcash. endless support contact (only incompetent bot in chat and phone hotline), tickets filed but zero answer or whatever from support. fingers away from this scam app!

This app works like a scam: I could open an account and put money into it but I could not use the money and they will not refund the money

Verification failed 3 times. App lets you receive money but once you want to spent it you have to verifiy the acocunt first 🤦🏻‍♂️

Worst app ever. Made an account, verified my profile and now I don’t have access anymore. Seems like it’s a common problem. This app is a SCAM!

Since end of December i cant log in to my account.. send thousand of emails, and its always same procedure. U will get first email and they wanted to k ow these: when the problem occurs, what device are you using and what gcash app version youve got…then youll recieve 2nd email: procedures how to log in and come to worst , unstalled and installed again!.. by me.. it didnt functioning at all…. Done all what they written, cant log in still… try to change pin, doesnt work also… i go to globe store, they cant also help, they told me gcash is an independent department and i can call the hotline… i call the hotline ( means to me coldline). It rang then they want you to give your account nr… and as long as youve finished giving or typing your number ,they hang up… many times… dont know already where i can get help… i try also to write again an e mail or get a ticket… and it will start again from the beginning, just what ive written …. I m writing extra that i did it all many times but STILL i cant log in… can somebody help me???
