With the recent scam fraud the users of this app is currently facing, the developers of this app need to do an overhaul with the security management. Forget about improvements, please stabilize the fundamentals first.

Why can't I use the passport authentication function? I have to use the Philippine ID, but I'm not a Filipino. How can I authenticate?

VERY SLOW PROCESSING AND UNRESPONSIVE CS AGENTS
Stuck sa "We're verifying your account" yung account ko for a week now. Fully verified user ako dati pa at bigla lang nagpa-update ng info. Di ko maaccess ang certain features like GCrypto at di makuha ang pera dahil dito. Sobrang tagal din magreply ng agents sa mga tickets. Kung magreply man, very general lang. No real updates.
