What are you trying to do? You cant do advance technology!!? What kind of unregister if the person is already have account for a years. Its to many ways to verifying account why need to unregistered. USELESS APP

Very limited service few options
I recommend that your company should work more on providing good customer service, a user friendly service that can be easily reach out. since your app is used widely in the Philippines, there should be more communication channel and not only limited to phone calls and emails. It’s hard to reach out to resolve the issue. Like on my case, I just downloaded the app and I would like to raise a ticket but couldn’t do so because if I’m gonna click the help center, it will show as “there seems to be a problem. Please try again later” and it’s been for days already.
Been waiting for almost 8 days now and yet my account is not yet fully verified. It always said wipl send sms after 3 days but there is no notification coming from gcash. Pls help me with this. Thank you
Your help center is not helping at all. Im tired of auto replies from your help center. Its not resolving the problem. How can you address our concerns with auto replies. I raised 4 tickets already and receiving same reply all over again. So disappointing. My funds has been pending for 2 weeks already.
Booked a plane ticket with Cebupac and paid woth Gcash. I cancelled and Cebupac processed my refund. It has been a month since. I messaged Cebupac and told me that they have transmitted the refund back with Gcash since 23rd of October, but it appear in my Gcash account. I created a support ticket recently. Gcash acknowledged it said wait for 48 hours to get back to me. Up until now, I still don't see my refund in my account. They even have the GUTS to reply on the 17th of November that THEY ARE PROVIDING me the ASSISTANCE that I need. What assistance? Gcash is NOT TRANSPARENT with the process. Gcash does NOT HAVE a DEFINITE TIMELINE. It even does NOT a category for my concern. I have to choose online payment problems. THERE IS NO ONLINE LIVE SUPPORT. Gcash will always send you to create a ticket that is a SLOW and UNCLEAR PROCESS. With matters like this, SUBMIT a COMPLAIN with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
All the drop down buttons on the register page is not working! WTH???!
