Bad service now

The orders consistently take longer than the ETA to deliver. They say 10 minutes and take 1 hour. I live in the centre of Berlin. Ridiculous.

Terrible customer service

Your order might arrive, it might not. If it doesn’t expect Getir to do nothing about it, they really are terrible.

Order just disappeared

You never know if food will arrive or not. Randomly orders disappear from app but payment is still pending. I needed to froze my card to prevent payment. Customer support doesn’t help, it’s most useless support i ever talked with.

Poor customer service

Promotion was applied but got charged more than I should have. Support said that they’re “warehouse was too busy and couldn’t apply the promotion” I’m not really sure what they meant but they avoided the issue and haven’t responded to follow up messages. I wouldn’t recommend

Terrible Customer Support

Just send you automated messages instead of actually helping

Order don’t arrive

I didn’t get my order and what’s worse is they just don’t solve the issue with customer support. Only thing they say the courier is on the way. After 2 hours, there is no customer support available as well and no order arrived. This is called being smart thieves 🤮

No response whatsoever. AVOID IT!

I have placed two orders and had issues with both. Placed a food order 70mins ago. Nothing arrived yet. Another grocery order was missing something and tried to cancel and place a new order, no answer. Worst order experience in Turkey. Sorry but you have no luck abroad.
