Worst delivery
Ordered some stuff, then it is in progress status for 6-7 hours, support respond with automatic reply that it will be delivered, and close discussion without notice, after some time they just mark order as delivered and that is it, no delivery and no money. Support still reply with automatic messages and then told that to get money back, I need to return delivery ( that they did not delivery and I did not have). It is real scum and they dont care. As far as I see, it is usual case for them
They stealing money! You make order - they withdraw money from your credit card. They currier updates status to Completed, but never arrived to you. App support pretending they are stupid (or simply ignore you) and wasting your time until you gave up to get your money back. Good App’s rating seems to be faked by bots.
Hi. I’m a very dedicated user of Apple community and I’m looking forward increasing the quality of Apple applications. I’m reaching you towards the quality of Getir application customer & restaurant service. After multiple orders (more then 30) I’ve consistently been receiving wrong or miss qualified orders, bad quality (overcooked, overfried, not matching description). I was willing to take an action towards that, but getir customer support was not able to resolve any of that: every time I was reaching support and describing my problem regarding the current order they were cancelling the chat without any explanation (once I gave them a question about product quality (supported with a picture) I wast redirected to a different support department and then the chat was immediately terminated. I would like the Respective Apple Support team to run a qualification check through Getir representatives and make conclusions. Regards.
While addressing payment issues to support I had a worst ever experience. Assistant was rude and unclear in suggestions, was completely not dedicated to the problem solving and ended the conversation ignoring my questions. Yagmur S., congratulations on being nominated to worst support ever 👍
My order was not delivered and they didn’t do money back
They just don’t want to work. We maid an order, paid it online. Then order was just cancelled with title courier cold not reach us. But no one came to us and no one called. Awful service. Awaiting for our money refund!!!!!!!
I bought a 500 TRY promo and redeemed it. It didn’t appear on my account, I contacted getir support THRICE! They just close the chat! 20 euros into a trash can!
