Can’t access discounts or refunds
Lived in Turkey for 3 years and unless you have a Turkish account to register for online payment, you cannot get any of the good discounts.
Also if any restaurant over-charges you or if they need to credit you, it is impossible to redeem the discount without online payment card on the next order.
The app engineers don’t seem to care about international users. Be careful and check what each restaurant charged you on the credit card machine - I was fooled and now getir say they can see the problem but can’t make the restaurant credit me and they can’t credit me either.

The worst customer service ever
I placed an order with Getir and kept on waiting to receive my order but I did not receive any item!!! When I tried to reach out to customer service to resolve the issue, the representative was unhelpful and closed the chat before I was able to fully explain the problem. Very rude and unprofessional!
The order I placed was missing all the items completely, nothing was received. I had paid 643,88 Turkish Lira and no refund was even offered or my items were sent.
I reached out to customer service right away to report the issue and request a resolution, but the representative I spoke with did not seem interested in addressing my concerns. They asked a few brief questions, but then abruptly ended the chat.
This lack of customer service is unacceptable. When a company makes a mistake on an order, they should work diligently to make it right for the customer. Instead, Getir left me feeling ignored and unsatisfied.

TERRIBLE I FILLED OUT EVERYTING AND I COULDNT CHECKOUT BECAUSE IT WAS NOT 15 POUND I SPENT 10 MINUTES OF MY TIME ON THIS APP FOR A CAKE JUST TO FIND OUT I COULDNT GET IT THEY NEED TO PUT PRE WARNING I WAS GASSED ABOUT THIS CAKE

Horrible system, there is always bugs within their system, their support chatbot outright gives you wrong information, customer support representatives are not better than the chatbot as they never respond to what you are asking, their system apparently shows very little detail and they cant inform you on anything, the greens and veggies are always in bad condition. System will show you 30 mins as delivery time and you can wait for more than two hours for getir or getir more orders as the delivery time is updated right after you order. And they will double that updated delivery time too. Not worth the trouble.
