A while ago i had a problem and getir refused to help , i sent them an email and they didn’t respond, they cancelled an order of mine , because I couldn’t respond to their call , and they refused to refund me or even explain what happened, i am so disappointed, I guess i am going to use yemeksepeti from now on , i would have never expected that to happen, at least they could have responded to my email!!
Very bad service, i order one time form this app , i asked about me oreder , the live support said the oreder on the way but i didnt received anything . Don’t download this app , there are other app better than this one .

I advise you all not to use this app, they are very bad! I have had a very bad experience and this experience shows how they do not respect their customers! They do not solve their problems as necessary! I ordered food on GetirYemek and according to my address they offered me options for restaurants, and I chose one of the restaurants and chose the items and requested the order, they have only one payment method which is the bank card and there is no payment at the door. So they deducted the amount from my card and the amount was all that I have on the card, and minutes later the restaurant canceled the order! So I became without food and without money! I contacted them and they told me that the amount was returned, but because of the bank’s procedures, it may take up to seven days for the money to arrive! I asked them why the order was canceled. They told me that the restaurant says the address is not clear! But this is not correct, as I used the address in more than one order before that through them !! Also, the employee who I spoke to told me that with the same address I had placed several orders before that and there was no problem, so there is no problem on my part. Now I became without money and without food! The reason is a procedural malfunction in their operating system! They shouldn't have offered this option to me if it was that bad! They also had not to deduct the cash until the restaurant confirmed my order! They also had to compensate me and send me an order to compensate me for the problem, and then they can resolve and discuss the problem between them and the restaurant! I called them for more than an hour and all they told me "We can't do anything for you!" Look ... this means one thing, their service to their customers is very bad. That is why I deleted the application and I advise you not to use it!
