Thief against customers

Do not pay with a card they will never ever return your money if you not received your order. Bad customer service ever against customers. My money keep for you as a gift. And that my order which not delivered but in the system showing delivered lair. I’m sharing in English for tourists in turkey don’t use. My advise.

It’s very annoying to try to reorder from a restaurant when there’re no couriers available. Why don’t you make a queue as it works when you order groceries.

Getir may loose old customers

The new version is not working on old mobiles. And there is no version compatibility with old mobile. Some of the old customers can’t place orders and will stop shipping

Amazing fast service

I am a tourist and upon my first request for this program my money was withdrawn.

When I ordered for the first time, my money was withdrawn and my order was given to someone else, and the money was not returned to my bank account, knowing that I contacted them, and I did not benefit, and the money was not returned, and another person took my order without paying, and when I delivered my order, the person delivering the orders did not contact me Knowing that I am a tourist in Spain
