Giff gaff have a MAJOR glitch, if you buy a £25 (always on) it’s meant to slowdown after 80g is used, but instead the data just STOPS working between 8am - 12pm Imagine as Christmas is approaching.. and I rely on my internet that I paid for..and don’t get any notifications to let you know.. I’ve even bought another package a few times believing the data had run out.. Imagine how many ppl this happening to Disgusting behaviour!! I might start a petition.
The app is fine, the network is fine but the login is broken. I can almost never log in via app or even browser. Every time I try it says the credentials are wrong, then get locked out for 30 minutes. Sometimes I need to do something urgently such as renew plan or check allowance and I can’t. I leave this low review in a hope that they’ll fix it.

The goodybag purchase flow and the auto-topup settings views are seriously inaccessible. Please test and refine the experience for VoiceOver users. Thank you.

Can’t log in to the app to cancel my next payment because it’s claiming connection issues on Wi-Fi, 4G and Hotspot. All of which work fine otherwise. Gone to the website and it’s the same. Fix it or I’ll have to contact my bank
I would like to know if you have an email address, because when I have tried to send you a message, I can’t see where I can send It. is not very clear to me. The service is very good except that it is impossible to talk to anybody. Or asking for help. Thank you
I live near to the town centre yet the reception regarding mobile data is abysmal. Most of the time I can’t even go on normal apps such as JD sports or even Apple News. I mean I can understand watching videos but an app where you are just reading the news is terrible. Well I will be going with a different provider as of next week because in my opinion this is unacceptable. Other than that the deals GiffGaff offer are good but if you can’t get the full benefit of them deals what’s the point?
