The app is working fine but you don’t have internet or network at all 99% of your time !!!!!now is 8:30 and im Waiting fir 20 min allready and nothing iv restarteze phone 10 Times it says !NO SERVICE !!Is not working simply on 3 g or 4G You can’t use YouTube or any kind of video type , email most of time , Instagram or Facebook is dead very rear , I live in the center of the city I work online from my phone and I made over 10K reports to my company in the last 6 months coz I can’t finish the job there is no network and internet !!!!i spend every week sometimes 15 £baggy and sometimes I don’t see anything at all but the data is gone because I este to log on the pages I need to work or whatever

The billing side is horrendous I can never update my card and it always makes me re update every month instead of just rolling.

Giff gaff have a MAJOR glitch, if you buy a £25 (always on) it’s meant to slowdown after 80g is used, but instead the data just STOPS working between 8am - 12pm Imagine as Christmas is approaching.. and I rely on my internet that I paid for..and don’t get any notifications to let you know..
I’ve even bought another package a few times believing the data had run out..

Login is broken
The app is fine, the network is fine but the login is broken. I can almost never log in via app or even browser. Every time I try it says the credentials are wrong, then get locked out for 30 minutes. Sometimes I need to do something urgently such as renew plan or check allowance and I can’t. I leave this low review in a hope that they’ll fix it.

Can’t log in to the app to cancel my next payment because it’s claiming connection issues on Wi-Fi, 4G and Hotspot. All of which work fine otherwise. Gone to the website and it’s the same. Fix it or I’ll have to contact my bank
