APP is cracked
The app doesn’t work since January 2020. It didn’t help me to delete the app and re-install it later, basically it redirects you to giffgaff.com and cannot log-in (keeps showing an error message). Customer service / agents are not useful either, just an automatic reply that doesn’t sort out the issue. I requested the PAC and determined to leave in November when my goodie bag expires.

I can not understand, why I can not see the GB extra that I have in my goody bag, but in the web side I can see... when a real update?
