The service is quite good, and the location is convenient. The facilities are fairly clean as well, which is always appreciated. However, the beds are a complete disaster. They are cheap, unstable, and move with the slightest movement. Many of the railings are broken, making them unsafe and uncomfortable. It's impossible to get a good night's rest with such poor-quality beds. Additionally, it would be great if there was a power outlet next to each bed, as it's inconvenient not to have easy access to charge devices. This is something that should really be improved.
Highly recommended
Fridges could be cleaner, and breakfast could be better (some fruit or yogurt). But it was a 5-star stay anyway; the hostel is amazing!!! Everyone is really nice, and the amenities are great.

Esta muy bien ubicado queda cerca de todo es cómodo y muy limpio.

Es la segunda vez que elijo este lugar. Esta vez lamentablemente me atendió una chica en la recepcion que no me respondió el saludo. Le dije q tenia una reserva y me dijo: y? Le explique y mostré que habia recibido un email que decia que la habitacion estaba lista y el codigo de ingreso. Me dijo: entonces andá. No me explico donde era m, ni nada. Pesimo servicio deberian tratar bien a cualquier persona y también a los que los eligen. Que vergüenza que haya gente sin modales.

Perfecto lugar
Estamos felices por haberlos elegido. Excelente atención. Habitaciones limpias. Buena predisposición para ayudar. A 400 metros aprox. del coliseo, del metro y de una parada de bus que te lleva a trastevere o cualquier punto de la ciudad. Volveríamos a elegirlos sin dudarlo. Muchas gracias!
