This hostel was DISGUSTING, the bed was really uncomfortable, smelly, toilets were not clean at all and the showers, I almost flooded because they weren’t clean. The cherry on top that they have cockroaches on the bedrooms. Breakfast was a mess. All the tables were unclean and smelly. Don’t recommend to stay here.

Best Hostel i stayed in while in Italy. Ostella Genoa felt much newer and modern than other hostels i visited. Its best feature were its large, inviting common areas. My room was relatively well insulated from late night noise and was more comfortable than others i stayed in. The staff was very helpful and made time for my questions.

Was disappointed that when I mentioned no hot water there would be a follow up and there was not, when I called the second time, I was told there was nothing they could do.

Place was nice the only down about the place was TV didn’t work and the people in the next room where so loud ! Also there wasn’t never any one there if you needed something

As a woman traveling alone for the first time, I felt so safe once you’re in your own pod, there’s no noise. Everything’s good. I absolutely loved it and would definitely come again.

Drove 8hrs for a work meeting only to find out floor 2 doesn’t have WiFi. Virtual staff solution: I can work in the lobby on the 4th floor. Absolutely not. I drove in a night early to work in the comfort of my hotel room while I watch TV, both require internet. A partial refund would be nice since a shower and bed are the only things I can enjoy here. TV would have been nice to drown out the noise at night. Didn’t sleep at all. Even better I woke up to my digital keys being expired so I can’t even leave to grab coffee & WiFi next door to prep for meetings. Isn't check out at 11am? Garbage place. Unless, WiFi and sleep are not what you are expecting during your stay.
