Well managed hostel
Cool place. Very cooperative staff
The best hostel in Sydney
Why go anywhere else when this hostel is more of a hotel? Thoroughly clean, friendly staff, incredible location, tasty breakfast, good size rooms, quiet areas, and a TV room. It has everything you need and is also a great option for the more long term travellers needing somewhere for a few weeks! Highly recommend.

Friendly staff. Secure entry and idiot proof app allowing for entry and exit of rooms/building at any hour. Can’t beat the beach front view :)

Best stay I’ve had. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Very clean and nice hostel. Teegan answered all my questions and helped me with the checkin troubles. 10/10 would book again
4.5 stars! Amazing stay
Really loved this place, fab staff, great location. Wish there was less smoking outside the bedroom windows, it’s pretty gross to wake up to cigarette smoke. But I would stay again and would recommend it to everyone .

Terrible stay
Nothing like the pictures. Whole place is in construction- I can gather that they just bought the place out and doing it up but not suitable for living in yet, and in so, very pricey for what you pay for. Ridiculous. -Has wifi but doesn’t work. I used 4g my whole stay -Only 1 washer 1 dryer for whole place? These actually broke during my stay -Woken up early by construction noise eg 830am so before check out times -Rooms are tiny, nothing like the spacious pictures, felt cramped for 6 girls, no room for all our bags - Beds were uncomfortable, springs hurt, got bad back pain from them -No lift -not their fault but is inconvenient with heavy luggage -No storage and labels for food. They told us to store in their specific room sorted plastic containers, mine was no where to be found, no labels or pens for boxes or my food anyway. -No hand dryers or paper towels in any toilets -No bin in rooms -Broken sockets in my room, so my plug was just loose and it felt dangerous -One chopping board for whole place?? -No one around when I had an issue as there is no physical reception either -WhatsApp customer service is terrible. Not understanding. Doesn’t listen. One of the days they offered me a refund, still not received it -$45 fee if locked out your locker - a cleaner removed all my stuff out my locker and put it in a big black bin bag on the floor for no reason, invasion of privacy big time -Not social at all!!! No one speaks very weird vibes - Not enough tea towels in kitchen -NO OVENS or proper stoves. It was literally 2 camping style plug in hobs. 4 hobs for all guests?!
