Wiederholen würde ich es nicht. Alles sauber, aber für das Geld hätte ich etwas mehr erwartet, als diese Enge und die heftige Geräuschkulisse. Die Wege zum Flughafen und Bahnhof sind kurz, deswegen meine Buchung, aber beim nächsten Mal lieber wieder ein richtiges Zimmer und eigenes Bad für mich. Das freundliche Personal muss auch noch erwähnt werden. Super hilfreich und nett.

Nettes Personal, sehr hilfsbereit, Alles sehr sauber; lediglich zu wenig Haken in den Duschen und Badezimmern, um etwas aufzuhängen. Immer wieder gerne 😉

i’ve been to a few ostello bellos in italy now and i absolutely loved every second of each stay!! the staff is always kind and helpful, the facilities are great and i absolutely love the hostel vibe!! travelling solo as a woman, i think it’s also important to say that i’ve always felt safe and taken care of. would definitely recommend :)) plus the free pasta is a real bonus for when you’re on a budget ;)

Very clean and quiet hostel directly at the Darling Harbour! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Emre in particular has always helped us in every situation and he is very attentive and friendly. He makes people feel very welcome here!

The app itself is easy and fun to use, receiving a room key is easy and opening doors works reliably. But I would really appreciate an Apple Watch app.

Your room code is shown openly in the app at all times. If I wanted, I could have seen the code to another guy's room when he unlocked the elevator. There is no hiding / revealing codes. At the reception, it took us at least 15 minutes to get the app set up instead of 10 seconds just giving us a normal keycard. Whoever designed the app has put virtually NO effort in protecting the people's privacy and room security... and also didn't care about easy check ins. If you have the feeling someone saw your code, there is no option to change the code. So the app just provides an open, unprotected list of codes but no app-benefits to increase security. That is the most ridicoulus option to manage hotel keys and I do not understand how hotels even consider implementing this.
