If I visit you again, I will never enter that restaurant again. This morning a woman named Annete was working and she was disgusting. When I told her I didn't understand German she continued to speak in German and then said she wasn't psychic. Never again. It's no use investing so much in your business when your staff is disgusting and spoils everything. Or maybe she works for free and is angry, who knows.

Okay besides of a family with two kids in the capsule below me slamming the door and shouting between 3 am 4 am … I thought those are single capsules?

I have been at the capsule hotel three times. It is clean and pleasant. During my last stay however within an hour I got bitten extensively with what I suspect were bed bugs. It was so bad I requested another unit. This is were I am very unhappy with the employee attitude. I showed her the multiple bites but no apology and and she looked at me as if the whole thing was my fault. Asking for another bed, she first said she did not know if any was available before finding one. I took a shower and got in the new bed and no more problems. If you wish I can send you pictures on how badly I was bitten. Bed bugs unfortunately can happen everywhere and it is a problem for hotels but the response I got was unacceptable and I suspect the problem was not addressed by the cleaning crew JP Held

I hate the idea of giving my data to GOKI. I hate to have to take my phone to get out. The whole concept is a nonsense to me.

The hostel is very well located, the sea can be reached in just 3 minutes. Lots of good restaurants. and thanks to Emre working at the reception, who is very friendly and accommodating.

Hello I am absolutely happy with it - always. So I was sad that the jacuzzi was out of order - and the certaibs of the dhower smelt no really good.. Have a gold day 🤩🍀🙏

staff very helpful. the apartment is a bijou as its best. would stay for longer if i could. there is everything you need.
