Idioma
El app en si es muy fácil de usar , solo que el idioma se cambió de español a inglés y no se porque ? Y lamentablemente no encuentro en donde se pueda volver a cambiar al español .
CAN‘T BOOK TICKET FROM ABROAD
It s impossibile to book tickets from abroad, we have been in latin America for 6 months and never were able to pay with our European credit card, super annoying!

Worst App ever made
Loading takes for ages, what ever you do might crash the app, everything you want to do does not work oder load, checkin does not work when you have rail and fly. I have never been so frustrated with an app before.
Plätze buchen
Wir buchen immer Plätze und bezahlen dafür und das Geld wird zurück erstattet und die Plätze müssen neu gebucht werden. Trotz email und telefonischem Kontakt funktioniert es nicht. Unglaublich schlechter Kundenservice. Sehr schlechtes System
