Constant crashes
From day one the app crashes a lot, making it absolutely impossible to make an edit. I’m so disappointed with it, not worth it, cloud not worth it too. My edits are not uploading in the cloud too.

Great functionality, bugs hinder the experience
App is amazing when it works, but… 1) I add a video/photos to an album and 10 min or sometime later it is not there anymore :( 2) The default video from the album - it used to be able to edit it and overwrite it, but kit anymore 3) When I press save and overwrite it does not overwrite, save as new or your work is lost 4) When I try to edit when I am offline or have poor connection, the app forgets I am a subscriber, ask me to subscribe again. And I cannot use most editing features offline. I have an yearly subscription! Sure there is a way for the app to remember and me to edit while I am in some interesting place far from civilization (happened twice this year…)

Hi, I recently got a Gopro Hero 12, can someone explain to me why it doesn't work directly on the Mac, but only wants to download things on the phone first?

Why when I upload a video to YouTube it doesn't upload the full length? I haven't touched anything in the settings, I don't see where this is set from. They used to go full length but not now.
Dissapointing
Spent an hour creating my edit just to discover you can't save or export without subscribing... Sooo it's completely useless? Maybe you should make that clear before people waste their time?
Media not loading
After the latest update I am no longer able to load the media of the GoPro in the App, it says all the time “No media”, while there is. Super frustrating, do something about it!
Problem with subscriptions
I just paid for a year's subscription GoPro. It didn't unlock any of the paid subscription options for me. Nothing really changed after I subscribed. I actually paid an annual subscription but received absolutely nothing.
