I don’t write reviews but this app is the only program that got me to my splits in 20 days after trying for almost a year. 3 years later I’m re-downloading it because once I had my splits I thought it would be hard to lose. But knowing this app is the only thing that can hold me accountable im re-downloading it.

Buggy and dodgy
Adjusting time between exercises does not work, it’s always 30s. Sometimes the sound is super quiet until an ad blasts at you at full volume when you finish a set. Images are hard to follow and people are in positions that my body can’t ever hope to get in. Finding a new app.
