I cancelled my subscription months ago and they keep charging me 79.99 USD today!. Apple do something! I contacted the Habio support team on April 7th, 2024 right after they charged me the first time. Then on July 5th, 2024 they charged me again and I contacted them again to cancel my subscription. And now on October 3rd, 2024 they charged me again! I emailed them again right away. Now they reply to this review with lies: there is no place in the app or website to cancel the subscription. The only way is to email them. I contacted Visa and they told me that the only way is to request to replace my credit card number which I will do. Apple you need to remove this scammers from your store!

I downloaded it thinking it was free/free trial. It is not free. I hadn’t even set up a profile or “intention” and was charged a ridiculous amount. I’ve emailed them and they don’t respond back.

The app is not what it’s made out to be and I can’t unsubscribe. Hooked in with a supposed 3 day trial and then got charged $134.97 in three separate charges. Waiting for customer service to reply. Charges were somehow made outside of the app.

I wanted to try this app to help me with my ADHD and I also suffer from depression. I thought it might help me deal with everything that's going on and help me move forward. So I paid for a two-week trial. Unfortunately my state of mind was very bad at that time so I didn't use it. I actually opened the app once and my mind was immediately overwhelmed so I never went back. It seemed very complicated to me. The problem is not there but after the two weeks of trial I tried to cancel so that they don't charge me more time but I couldn't even find where to unsubscribe in the application and saw As I accessed this app through an ad on Facebook (or Instagram), the purchase was not on my "Apple" list (which I didn't know until today). So I thought my purchase would stop there but after 14 days, they charged me almost a hundred dollars for an additional 6 month trial!!! I then wrote to them explaining my situation in a very transparent and honest way but I received no kind words or understanding from them. And even though I asked them to cancel this second transaction the same day they charged me! They said I didn't cancel before the renewal date even though I did the same day. Even after a few email exchanges, they still show no human feeling. Thanks to my bank which normally does not reimburse these things but which understood and was lenient given my difficult time. Even without my health problem, I think this application is too much expensive.

Got an error when subscribing for a trial version thinking that the payment authorization didn’t pass through. Was charged for a half an year subscription a week later … never used that app in the end. They refused to refund $$. Be careful!

Do not register a scam for overcharging afterwards

I was accidentally charged for by their app and I emailed them for a refund. Customer service took over a week to respond, and in the end, would not give back my money that they shouldn’t have charged me for in the first place, as I had canceled my subscription.

Avoid this. I never used and messaged customer service for a refund to no avail.

Please cancel my subscription, I was charged the card when I was only testing for a week, now I have already been charged and notice my next payement is coming. I dont want this app I dont have the money for pay :(

While I just wanted a test subscription for 6$ the manged to hide somewhere a 29$ subscription
