I initially intended to purchase only the 7-day trial for Habio via the app, which was supposed to cost $5.49. However, while finalizing my purchase, my account was unexpectedly charged two additional amounts of $29.99 each, totaling $59.98—without my consent. This was not my intention, and I immediately canceled the subscriptions. When I reached out to their support team, they simply referred me to their Money-Back Policy and refused to issue a refund. It’s frustrating and feels like a blatant scam. Be cautious if you decide to use this app.
It’s a waste of time
Don’t trust this app! I took a subscription for 5 days to try it out . I canceled my subscription before the renewal on time. Still they took €29,99 from my credit card . When I write them about this help centrum writes: we like to hear from you why you leave .But they don’t write back that I canceled it. I canceled it already before renewal . I send them 4 mails at date 26 th April to cancel before April 30th . And no answers . And the app is very chaotic as an adhd it didn’t help me
Every time I open the app I get a black screen. No matter what I try I just can not get in the actual app. Probably an unsolvable bug or the app is a scam. Too bad.
Please Dont use This app, Its a scam and cost me almost 100 dollars in 3 days. They Dont reply on mail, Instagram for weeks. I already send 3 mails and still have reaction. That this application is still live is miracle….?
Such a useless app. Paid for a trial period for a week and found very little use. Better off using the reminders app to create lists and goals for yourself. There’s barely any reading material on there so you’re not realy learning anything, just tick off and track your set goals. It mentions in the app, if you pay, you’re more likely to check in and do it, however seeing how little it offers, comes across as a bit of a scam 🙂
Be careful with this app, with their confusing subscription pages plus some hidden extra pdf they scammed and are refusing to give me a refund. I already contacted them by e-mail and nothing has been done. I’ll e-mail Apple and my card company as well to get this sorted.
I can’t even get going with the app. The first screen is literally frozen. If the first screen is anything to go on, this app is over advertised and overpriced.
I made an in-app purchase of a book and was charged twice. I sent all the receipts and proof that it was a double charge. I have not yet downloaded the e-books. After several emails to their support service, they still refuse to issue a refund for the second charge (the one done wrongly on their part). I will be filing a complaint with the corresponding authority.
