👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 The most useless app I’ve ever tried! I’ve deleted it two months ago and they keep charging payment monthly even after texting to their customer service!! Don’t download it, if you don’t want to lose 30$ monthly without any reason 😡😡😡😡😡

I’m deeply disappointed with the application. The support team is absolutely useless and never replied to my request via email. Do not recommend to download and purchase any subscription. If you need such a service, go find an app of a better quality. Shame on the development & support& product teams of Habio!!

Це не справжній застосунок, саме тому замість безкоштовного пробного періоду вам запропонують купити три дні за 1$, але так шахраї просто дізнаються дані вашої картки. Застосунок не буде відображатися у ваших підписках на айфоні, тому ви не зможете його видалити і за три дні у вас з карти спишуть тридцятку або більше. «Підтримка» буде вас ігнорувати, присилаючи мейли, що ваш запис «обробляється», але вони просто тягнуть час. Якщо у вас вже списали кошти - якнайшвидше зверніться до вашого банку❤️

app is a scam! they charged me twice! need my money back, don’t like such an app behavior

The same problem with charging money. This app didn’t appear on my iCloud when I subscribe and paid money. They cheat on you, don’t install this app

По рекламе стало интересно - прошёл их тест и заказал себе книжку за 29.99$ Даже не устанавливая приложение С меня сняли 2 раза по 29.99 типа за какую-то вторую книжку И спустя 2 недели с меня сняли 50$ за подписку - хотя я даже не включал приложение! Зашёл в свои подписки на iphone что б проверить что это такое вообще - так у меня его даже в подписках нету! Не советую покупать у них хоть что-то -------------------- Based on the advertisement, I became interested - I passed their test and ordered a book for myself for $29.99 Without even installing the application I was charged 2 times for 29.99 for some second book And after 2 weeks they charged me $50 for the subscription - although I didn’t even turn on the application! I went into my iPhone subscriptions to check what it was all about - I don’t even have it in my subscriptions! I don't recommend buying anything from them

I was charged $29.99 twice without my knowledge right after I signed up for a trial period! I wrote to customer support several times, but I never received an answer.

They don’t want to do refund after trial, support didn’t answer for 5 business days. My request was send to you 4 january at 00:29 (utc +2)

I downloaded the app after I saw the advertisement. After that I payed for a demo subscription, and after that they tried to charge the whole amount. The card was rejected at first. I saw it and deleted the app which surprisingly did not cancel the subscription. And the money was taken after a day or two. But here is the thing: since the app was not there I could not find this purchase/transaction in my ICloud to Restore a Purchase. And when I downloaded the app for the second time and logged in - there was no paid plan on my profile, and they wanted me to pay again! I issued it to my bank and contacted support on 22nd of December, and got the response on the 8th of January. And the response was: sorry there is nothing we can do about it.
