Disappointed in the program

The training is monotonous and felt like a step backwards going from running 60 minutes with the Couch to 10 to maximum 4min intervals.

Paid for it and now I have to subscribe

A few years ago I paid for this app when it was a once off purchase. I wanted to get back into half marathon training so re-downloaded this app. Now I don’t have full access to its content and have to subscribe to a monthly subscription. I want a refund as I no longer have the product I previously paid for. I do not recommend this app!!!

The actual running program isn't bad. But this app is reasonably expensive (as apps go), yet each morning I get an add when I open it. I pay for apps to avoid this as it annoys me, most of all when I'm trying to start a training session and rubbish pops up full screen - I don't care if it's your own apps, all you've done is made sure I won't look at them. The layout is ok, there's a UI bug where if you have the music active through the app, at the end of a workout you can't close the workout as the music controls cover the ok button. There's a "hide" music controls button, but seriously, it's a poor design.

App seems really good so far, it's really helpful with building up the endurance in your legs. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to increase their running capabilities. A++

Loved our first run!

Great start to the program! We haven't run in about 2 years properly and today we took our pup out to the lake and completed week 1, day 1! We feel great! Great way to build our running confidence back up thank you! We look forward to seeing how the next few sessions unfold!

After finishing the c25k and 10kfree I was ready to push on to my next challenge. This wasn't it. This app is only very short run intervals, and aims you will complete the half marathon using 4min run, 1min walk over and over. After running for over 60min, I felt this was a step backward. I also downloaded the full marathon app which was the same. Have now found a different app to challenge and strengthen my running. Good luck.

A reputable fitness app developer, no technical issues ... Only finished day 1 training so far - so will update my review once I have completed my first half marathon of 21.1km!!
