I’ve tried lots of running apps but runna is the best and so easy to use!
I downloaded this app April 2023 and haven’t looked back since. To have guided and set up sessions whether it be general training to race training you’ve got a plan that suits. I’ve run x2 half marathons and a full marathon using Runna and will continue to promote and use Runna for years to come.
This has been the best training platform for my lifestyle. I tried 1:1 coaching and couldn’t justify the cost in my current life stage. Runna is all the things I loved about having a coach with the cheaper price range and flexibility to mould around my lifestyle. I have improved my 5k, 10k and marathon times using Runna and am excited to see what else I can do following its plans!

I have always hated running so much and couldn’t find the point to it. When I started my weight loss journey I started in the gym which was alright but not really my thing. I finally started to run/walk without anything just me and my music, which was okay but not rlly effective for progress. I started the 5k beginner plan and i now love running more than ever. My understand of so many things has completely changed especially with professional help and tips, I’ve finally ran my first 5k after being very overweight, and now training for a 10k. The simple things like the audio speech about slowing down, speeding up, current distance etc help make it so much better to run. It plans completely around my schedule and when i choose to have long / pace interval runs. It’s altered around you and only you. I feel healthy, look healthy, and now looking forward to my very first race next year. I’m now even sharing my sunrise and sunset pics with runners all across Australia now. This community is truely amazing. If you’re wanting to get into running, lose weight, stay fit etc, i can’t recommend this enough. Runna is truely my favourite.
