Joggo - Run Tracker & Coach

Nike running club is free, and has way better analysis than this app. It doesn’t even break down your run into a segment. It only gives you what you average for the entire workout. So if you have a tempo run with walking, you have no idea how fast your tempo is. The free Nike app gives you great commentary on the runs, and gives you great breakdown of your sector times. If you want to go even better than that, pay for my running app which will give you even better again for much less than what Joggo costs.

Cancelled after trial but still charged and refund refused.

This app does not sync with my Garmin running watch therefore it became extra work to use. In order to collect running data I would have to take my phone on my run. The subscription for joggo does not get listed under the subscriptions on your phone as they normally would. I was caught out with the “auto renew payment” which is automatically applied to everyone’s purchase and charged for another 6months subscription. I have deleted my account so I have no way to access joggo even though I’ve paid up until March this next year. Customer service are not helpful and refusing to refund me or help me access a product that I have paid for. Would not recommend Joggo to anyone!! Please be mindful of charges that may occur even after you have deleted your account!

Really disappointing service and product. Continually charged big amounts to my card and when I reach out they were unhelpful and refused to give my money back. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SCAM!

My experience with Joggo app has been incredibly disappointing. I initially subscribed to the app through a Facebook offer that promised a full refund upon completing 26 miles. However, despite fulfilling the requirements, I was denied the refund under the pretext of not applying through the offer link, which I had done. Frustrated by this discrepancy, I decided to cancel my subscription. To my dismay, the company went ahead and renewed my subscription and saying that I did not cancel the subscription , charging my bank account. It was only when I noticed the unauthorized charge at 12:10 AM that I realized what had happened. Seeking resolution, I promptly requested a refund, only to be met with resistance from Joggo’s customer support. Not only did they refuse to issue a refund, but they also offered only a measly 50% refund, which felt like insult to injury. Overall, my experience with Joggo app has left me feeling cheated and misled. The company’s failure to honor its promises and its unethical billing practices are unacceptable. I would caution others against subscribing to this app, as it appears to prioritize profit over customer satisfaction.

Jogger has been a big part of my fitness/weight management over the last year. The app mixes up your activity so that it’s more that adding minutes or km. It also helps you manage heart rates so that your exercise does hay you want - cardio, fitness or weight management. Recommend if you want to run but are not sure what to do…

This app is such a scam. Completed the refund challenge and then told that it didn’t qualify as I was using the Joggo app on my Apple Watch. Going back to Nike Run Club $66USD poorer.

Loving Joggo! I have been using it for 3 weeks now and I can already see progress! I set my plan of 3 runs a week which, so far, have been great!

I found the functionality / experience of this app poor for training compared to other apps. As I realised it wasn’t to my suitability, I requested a refund, I was told it would be processed in 5 days after having to escalate 3 times. It was not processed and I got another email saying it would be 14 days, I have not received a response since. Shocking customer service and I will escalating this.

I signed up online, never received a confirmation email, wasn’t able to get into the app, was never informed the payment was in USD prior to confirming payment and am generally concerned about the legitimacy of this product. Do not download.
