App crashes
The app crashes every time I try to save a routine, I contacted support and they were nice enough to send me a new hatch, but the issue persists.

Your subscription will automatically renew and the credit card connected to your App store Account will be charged at the subscription frequency you choose unless you decide to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date. You may manage your subscription, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after the purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

The app does not work
I love the product but the app does not work.. I have tried to use it on several phones and it always closes when I am about to save a new routine.. I already reached out to customer service and they said to do the latest update, which I have already done, delete and download again, did not work…

The products are good, but the app is very complicated, very difficult to make edit or delete schedules… the app had a bug and it closes each time

Schedule and sound variety
Gets the job done but there should definitely be more free sounds as well as a scheduling feature
PLEASE ADD FEATURE FOR APP 'PROGRAMS'
I am very happy with my purchase, and been using it daily. I've already programmed bedtime and morning alarms for all week, but I have to use a lot of "programs" to use different sounds and volumes to ease in into sleeping or waking. I would love for you to ADD AN APP FEATURE in which we where able to add more than one preset for each program. EXAMPLE: Waking Up --- 05:30 to 06:00 - water sound - vol 35% --- 06:00 to 06:05 - bird sound - vol 85% Going to Sleep --- 22:30 to 11:00 - tv sound - vol 50% --- 23:00 to 00:00 - rain sound - vol 40% That way it would be able to use multiple presets in one same program with the same repeat options for week days. Thank you.
New Changes
Sorry I used to love this App but the recent changes are terrible. Hard to read when waking up w/o glasses on, difficult to change and get back to the main home pages, too dark, etc. please go back to the previous version!
It’s annoying that even an expensive alarm requires a subscription
Tbh I am annoyed that it requires you to pay a subscription just to change a sound it makes in the morning like every other option requires a subscription. I typically wouldn’t spend $170 on a alarm but I was like why not it seems great. More annoyed about the subscription pop upps then anything else. Like as if 170 isn’t enough to pay for alarm already for what it comes with. Feels like they just want to rob you and give you the most little value in return. Sad. I’m disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend
