Worst app in App Store
I’ve been complaining about the not in synch subtitles for I think 7 years now and Hayu still hasn’t resolved this issue. Unbelievable. How hard can this be? Just ridiculous.
Hayu app
Hi i’m from holland and i used always watch a show on prime but since it moved to hayu i can’t watch it anymore i tried to sign up but i can’t get a account.
App doesn’t function well at all
Shows are great, the selection is fun, but the app is terrible. Randomly crashes and isn’t functioning for hours. Delayed subtitles and wiped all my downloads on a long car ride. Half the time the app doesn’t even open or the shows won’t load.
Payment
I have hayu via itunes, not able to top my payment, it says i need top it through google play.. i did not download it from google play on my iphone..
Subtitles are not working
When streaming both english subtitles and CC is not synchronized with the sound

Doesn’t work
If you login the app stops working. But you obviously need to login to watch anything.
Subtitles are so frustrating
Nice shows but the subtitles don't synchronize with the speech, its so frustrating.
Have the subtitles ever even worked?!
