Subtitles error
The timing of the subtitle never on time either too fast or too slow, please fix this silly problem.
Is not working
I payed for every month there is not working to play?
Slow and clunky
App is very slow and clunky. Content loads slow. Even for downloaded content (which you would use when internet may be slow or poor connection), the app first connects to internet to download ads. If it wasn’t for the specific content I want to watch, wouldn’t recommend this app.
Unable to login most of the time. Always show the error code
New user, have only one week of free trial now. Was excited to watch some shows, but the App always log out itself and unable to login again. Error code: 404-8200-0000-0000 (3) Please help, I really want to continue watching. Getting frustrated.
Buggy
The sound and frame of the show do not match. The app keep on hanging, and closing itself
So bad
I cannot watch any show on this app. I cannot add a show to my ‘My Show’ list. No matter how many times i pressd, there is no response. Why am i paying $38 monthly for this? If you can’t fix this, i am definitely gonna unsubscribe after this month bye
Awful App
I actually cancelled my NowTV to get Hayu because of their poor iPad app and it turns out the Hayu App is even worse. Sticky and constantly logs you out so you lose all downloads. When you are logged in it won’t load the app to access your downloads when not on wifi therefore making the download feature absolutely pointless for long wifi free journeys.
iPad app glitchy
The app is very glitchy on the ipad. Constantly kicks off.
Glitchy
App is an absolute awful user experience I can’t even get through one episode without it crashing, the screen goes black and sound doubles over or says there’s an error, problems get even worse when you try watch something downloaded can’t even get through more then 2 minutes without the app crashing. If it wasn’t for the shows I would 100% not recommend this app it does not compare to any other streaming apps at all it’s so frustrating to use !
