Love the shows, hate the platform
Very buggy site and app. Downloaded shows always encounter problems playing offline, captions gets out of sync after a while. They know they are probably the only platform with RH series and just can’t be bothered to makes things right for paying customers.
App keeps crashing
App keeps crashing. Clicked my show to watch and it keeps popping out error message.
Best shoes, worst app
They have the best shows available as soon as brute released. But it’s literally the worst app platform ever. It constantly crashes, it freezes and it’s the pits. I’ve deleted and reinstalled countless times. It’s incredibly infuriating
Downloads do not work
I’ve subscribed to this app for a few years. Not once has the download feature ever worked despite the developers trouble shooting with me. The shows will only ever play when in wifi. Don’t rely on downloads when travelling.

I swear it annoys me everytime they always wrote the app got issue and everything or sometimes they wrote is on too many device when I’m the only one that is using , I can’t get to enjoy my shows as it always goes off half way . Pls fix this problem tysm
Great shows, horrible app
Hayu has great shows but is a horrible app and bad user experience. I consistently (every time I use the app) get error messages when trying to play shows. If I delete the app and reinstall, the shows will play a few times but then error out again soon after. If this doesn’t resolve in the next couples weeks, I’ll unfortunately need to cancel.

Ridiculous
If this was what pay tv is, I rather use torrent and risk going to jail. Besides ads they probably don’t even pay their IT staff enough to fix bugs and glitches that have been there for months. Don’t even bother.
Bad
Audio doesn’t sync with the show often. Frustrating watching them.
