I went to China town & I saw a puppy & then went round to central where they; the police tried to kill me. (Hehe) not funny they could of not listened to the Asian Chinese man complaining about me in the vicinity thats what they saud is it true when I saw another on a phone in the air from russia above me on a ledge then ran away but they wouldn’t let me go leave so I was forced by the police to stay. that little girls legs were blown off no aesthetic was given so i built her new ones and asked for her forgiveness & compassion!?)(()()()(()();$;)(()()$$$$$$$$$$$¢¢$¢. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲💁🏿😂😳😁😁😁
Why not showing rate clearly?
Bike is good. But it’s difficult to find the rate before you download the app. You can’t find the rate on their website. Only when you check their Q&A in their app, you can find the rates. Should the rate be the normal information instead of Q&A? It’s kind of hiding the high rate deliberately. I don’t like this part which is misleading!

Bad service
Bike was broken, but I didn’t realise, hired it then find out. 20 seconds and moved it 2meters. So sent an appeal to claim back the cost and report damage… HelloRide thanked me for the appeal but didn’t refund me. They didn’t use my name in the email either just “dear customer”! 😬🤔 What about personalisation? Making a relationship?
What about refunding me for not being able to use the bike / service? Guess not. Thankfully, it wasn’t an expensive lesson. The lesson is not to use HelloRide again. I mean I literally asked for a refund because I couldn’t use the bike and they ignored that. Sure there will be similar damage issues in the future… go with someone else, someone that will refund in case of a problem, not Helloride.
Bad ux
App is frustrating to use. Signs me out for no reason. UI gets in its own way. Try sitting a user down and watch them try to use it.
Singapore
This is the best way to explore the city. I would recommend it for families with children old enough to ride and anyone else with high, medium or low fitness. So much easier than walking and the breeze keeps you cool. I’ve explored the whole city easily and safely in 4 hrs.
