SCAM - BEWARE
The first SIM was fine. The top up ($90AUD) didn’t work and they won’t issue a new eSIM. Apple should de-register them. DO NOT USE.

I ignored the low reviews and it was definetely a mistake. I traveled throughout Europe so I thought “maybe the people that used them went to small islands” but no. Coverage is bad almost everywhere in Europe. Do not do it. There will be almost no coverage and when there is coverage the speed will be so low you might as well not have it. The only reason they got 2 stars is because there customer care team is good. They can’t do anything to help but they try.
My internet constantly cuts out and every time I reach out for support, I keep losing connection and lose the conversation, then have to go through all the steps again to get help, even though they say they don’t close the conversation. I am now at a point where support doesn’t help so I have no internet and no support.
If you accidentally go over their “unlimited” limit you’ll have your data halted with no alert or communication from the provider. Their support is also absolutely abysmal and do not respond for several hours.
Aunque sigo conociendo la plataforma, hasta el momento ha funcionado bien.
Both the app and the service itself are easy and intuitive to setup. The only trick is having a second device to bring up the QR code on. I had a minor problem with service in one US city, but easily got better coverage by manually setting a different provider. I’ve had great coverage in multiple countries, and will happily use Holafly for future travel.
Purchased the Unlimited data pack for some travel through Vietnam. The service was so incredibly slow it was unusable. This was in central locations such as Hanoi, Ha long Bay, Hoi An and Saigon. I ended up purchasing another e-sim through a competitor, it worked in those locations as one would expect. Won’t be using Holafly on any of my other travels. Couldn’t even get on their support channel which was just what’s app!
Rubbish
I purchased a plan to use data in Mexico. It was extremely slow, which was surprising given the fact that I was in an area of Mexico with tons of tourist from Canada and the USA. I accidentally deleted the eSim card and tried to get in touch with the support team and I never got a response… I could not get the service back so I feel I wasted money and time.. no recommend! There are other eSim cards that work better plus if you go to Mexico you’re probably better off buying a local chip with data plans there, like I ended up doing.
