When it tells you to install your Esim it will give you a link that doesn’t even work. Or you get the option of a blurry QR code where you need another phone to scan it off your own to set up. Definitely 0 convenience in this app
Just backpacked across Europe and came back home. The trip was amazing and Holafly played a big part in it. Thanks for helping me stay connected with friends and family. I travelled across 4 countries and never faced a network problem. Their connectivity is amazing without the hassles of changing numbers. No hesitations. Go for it.
Downloaded, deleted a couple times. Tried different ways to log in. Back to airlo.
I read some reviews and with the set up notes they are absolutely right. Is this a nightmare to set it up if you were not IT person Do you have to be a computer in the iPhone Waze get it done If you accidentally scan the QR code, 1st time, technical support, and set up, becomes a huge hassle Only Rogers highly trained trained technician can help at this point, but once you have it working, it works flawlessly, and for that I have not met I am very pleased
Sign up gives you 30 seconds to get verification code by email. 30 seconds. Seriously? Impossible to sign up
I bought a 7 day pass, it never worked while I was away, forcing me to use my own data plan. When asked about a refund I was told I would be contacted by email in 3-5 days. A week later I contacted them again and went through the exact same process, with them saying it was my fault that I never received an email because I “left the chat” after they processed my claim. I did finally get an email saying I would get a partial refund…. which I still haven’t actually received and is still ridiculous because I never used the service, it should be a full refund. About 2/3 of what I paid, which is ridiculous since I wasn’t able to use it. Absolutely do not recommend.
Can’t sign in.. Email request also was never returned.. This app is trash
It looks really good. Something that can be really helpful
Having the option to sign in with my Apple ID, and then having it fail because it’s hidden within Apple ID defeats having the option. If you can’t do a simple logon correctly, what’s the chance the rest of the app and esims work properly.
