eSIM not working
Dear Holafly Support Team, I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my eSIM activation. Despite following all provided instructions meticulously, my eSIM card remains non-functional and unactivated, even after a frustrating wait of more than 24 hours. This level of service is utterly unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect prompt and efficient service, which your team has failed to deliver. The inability to activate my eSIM card has caused significant inconvenience and disruption, and the lack of timely resolution is deeply disappointing. In light of this unacceptable experience, I demand an immediate action for the eSIM service that I have been unable to use. Additionally, I expect you to prioritize my case and provide a definitive resolution without further delay. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate it further and consider alternative service providers who can meet basic service expectations.

تجربتي معهم سيئه اخذت منهم انترنت 5 ايام مفتوح ولكن ما استفدت الأنترنت بطيء جداً جداً السرعه لا تصل الى 9 و راسلتهم بالواتساب تجاوبو معي يشكرون ونفذت كل الطرق الي قالوها مانفع وعطوني شريحه اخرى نفس المشكله بطيئ جداً و واذا فعلت نقطة اتصال ( Hotspot ) لمشاركة الانترنت لما معي ينقع الانترنت البطيء .. هذه تجربتي الشخصيه ممكن في مشكله عندهم عندي لا اعلم بس متأكد من اعدادات جهازي وافهم بهالشي وشكراً
