Can do better!

Can’t use the app without paying 140€!! I think that people who bring flats with values and hence make the app more attractive shouldn’t pay such fee. Also, the app is buggy and sending message don’t directly appear or put the messages in the right category (unreplied, read etc). The guest point calculation is also very «interesting».

Language

Why account activation mail in French???? and not normal English????????? Bad start.. deleted

Geen Nederlandse versie

Jammer dat er geen Nederlandse versie is. Vooral bij het sturen van berichten is dit heel lastig, de Nederlandse woorden worden niet herkend of geeft heel rare woorden terug. Ook zijn sommige onderdelen verschillend van de webversie.

All Encompassing

Intuitive and able to get everything done without logging in to the website.

Excellent app

This app works out excellent for us, we travel so much more than before and we love the houses we stay in. We like the well furnished and equiped interiors.

Bad functionality

The website is not very functional, you can’t see a calendar of all your reservation. When you preapprove someone and then can’t find anywhere to take down preapproval if you have request for the same dates. Can’t open in the new window etc etc. and the app is even less functional.. no phone support. For such a high subscription fee, time to improve the functionality, guys. Learn from airbnb. It’s commercial but you don’t have to stare hours on the screen to sort your reservations.

De app werkt niet goed, ik kan geen berichten versturen... wat heeft het dan voor zin?!

Now that the language issue is fixed, app works perfectly.👍🏻
