Super friendly customer service
I’ve been super happy booking with this website. I made a mistake when booking, and it totally freaked me out! i went into panic mode but the customer service team were so lovely and helped me amend my mistake. Would recommend :)
Unusable
Until they state whether the currency is USD, AUD or something else this app is unusable.
Good app till you have a problematic hotel experience
I’ve used this app on occasion for years, with pretty good results. Then I had a hotel with an awful experience. They had left the windows open in 40 degree weather in a large multi-room suite, so it was quite cold and uncomfortable. The floorboard heat wasn’t putting out hardly anything, so I called the front desk. Their solution was to bring me a toaster sized “space heater”. They didn’t offer me a different room, so I asked to cancel my reservation. Not only did I wind up having to pay for the room even though I immediately checked out and stayed at another hotel, but they lied to HT that they had offered me a different room. HT solution was to offer me a $50 discount on my next booking. So be weary of bad hotel experiences, you prob won’t have much luck being compensated. Too many alternatives for finding hotels for me to bother with this app again.

Easy booking
Very straightforward and excellent prices on a wide range of hotels.
Completely misleading currency
Terrible app if your not a us citizen. Completely misleads you into thinking your booking in your local currency. And your not your booking in usd
Not competitive and no consumer protection
Don’t waste your time or money with this app. If you have to cancel even over 72 hours early, you have no consumer protection that would apply from booking directly or by using other booking websites who offer better rates.
No hidden fees or taxes
Appreciate the speed of the app and that the prices showed taxes and fees - saved us a lot of hassle when we had to change hotels.
