I've been using the app for years. It's helped out so much for last minute flights, cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances. Highly recommend this app.

Service is Amazing

I have used Hotel Tonight for years. It’s the best way to search a neighborhood for hotels and they often have deals you can’t find anywhere else. I recently had an issue where I wasn’t going to make it to the hotel for my booking. While they don’t guarantee being able to cancel a reservation, I called them anyway and they really made an effort and got it done and was able to give me a credit. Hotel Tonight is the FIRST place I go when I need to plan a trip. Love it.

A joke

This app is NOT by far have the best prices. If you think these are the best prices, you’d find better on google. Let alone another hotel savings app.

Unacceptable!

I booked a hotel in Topeka. that did not exist. I spent an hour looking for it only to be told that it had been sold to a different chain. The hotel that had my payment and reservation was filthy and under construction. After two hours of waiting for a resolution I was just given a refund and back where I started. Do not use this app or service. I will be going back to Expedia

I love hotel esta noche

We had a good run

I liked this app until I made a booking that I had to cancel, and I did so over a week in advance of the booking. The hotel said they would accept the cancellation but HT would not refund me my $600. I disputed and won. Now they’ve disabled my account and said I can get back on if I pay for the disputed amount that I won! lol! Winning the dispute infers that I’m in the right. Be very careful with this app and 10000% sure that nothing will prevent you from making it to your booking. Also they’re owned by Airbnb so they are indirectly funding the genocide. You’ve been warned!
