The app is OK. However they have ridiculous 12 hour holds for new transfers limit changes etc. so trying to bank instantly is impossible as almost all transactions need to be thought out days in advance. OCBC is behind the game - reducing my functionality is not increasing my security. Other international banks still have great security features without the arbitrary rules in place within their online banking. Increases our inconvenience and reduces their tech security investments. Keeping my money safe should be a competitive advantage for a bank and instead it distracts

Poor navigation tools, mostly designed to sell bank products and change password is ridiculous. No wonder the logo is still the 18th century slow boat. Come on OCBC, innovate. Response time for the menu is so slow, like your boat. Sailing to nowhere. They use their own Treasury reference numbers and you don’t know what the blazes they are referring to, and they give you 7days’ to respond with no reference for you to even begin figuring what they are referring to. No phone contacts, only robots which are sleeping, signatories but no email, no phone, nothing to contact them. FIY OCBC, your 7 days’ notice are invalid because you don’t give customers any means to object to your statements.
Notification button for new device for iPhone is missing
When you use One Token notification and had change to another new iPhone , the app would ask you if you would like to activate your token on your new device. There is NO button to accept this !! The only options are 2 other buttons - Use the old device or Activate with SMS and Pin mailer . Can OCBC please fix this ? Thanks
Slow, crashes and lacks innovation
It’s 2020, and I feel like the technology they use is far outdated. There are multiple and extra steps to see my banking statement, and it takes forever to see where my money is going or has went. They recently rolled out the push notification function to allow you to keep track of your funds - so I assumed that it would allow me to see when a party transferred me money, and when I spent my money from a card - but it did not at all. All in all, I reckon they need to revamp their application to help their customers with the ease of mobile banking.
