HubSpot CRM FAQ
Is HubSpot CRM free?
Yes, HubSpot CRM is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is HubSpot CRM legit?
⚠️ The HubSpot CRM app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
I signed up for a $20 monthly subscription with HubSpot to evaluate whether it was the right software for my real estate company. After using it for two months, I decided it wasn’t a good fit for my needs. However, my experience with their customer service and cancellation policy has been extremely disappointing.
Initial Issues:
Despite being assured at the beginning that I could cancel my subscription at any time, I later discovered that HubSpot had tied me to an annual contract that I did not agree to or sign.
When I tried to cancel the subscription, I was informed that I would need to pay for the full year.
Customer Service
I reached out to their customer service multiple times, both via phone and email, in hopes of resolving this issue.
Despite their initial reassurances, I was repeatedly told that I could not cancel my subscription or delete my account without paying for the entire year.
HubSpot continued to charge me for three months after my initial request to cancel.
Their cancellation and account deletion process seems deliberately complicated and misleading.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise against using HubSpot. Their cancellation policy and customer service practices feel deceptive and make it difficult for users to discontinue their service. If you're considering HubSpot, be very cautious and ensure you fully understand their terms and conditions before committing.
Have never been able to log in
Been using HubSpot for years. App just says something went wrong when I try to sign in. Never works. Useless…
Scan business card
The option for scanning card need some work.
As soon as the app turns on to scan the screen turns blurry and therefore the scan quality is not the best. And the upload of info makes it inaccurate.
Seriously?
Why is the app nothing like the desktop version? Why can I not send an invoice from the app? This is 2024. It’s completely useless. There’s literally no point to this app existing.
Solid app, a few things I’d like to see
Please implement access to the prospecting tool and sales reporting. Also, why no live widgets for iOS and iPadOS? That would also be amazing.
Love the scan the box card feature!
So convenient to quickly put in business card info so I can follow up quicker.
Wow
I don’t write reviews but had to for this one. The minimal interface is perfect. One of a kind. It’s what mobile is supposed to be. Well done. Perfectly set up for AI search. Well done.
Unable to cancel subscription
Be careful with these guys, you won't be able to unsubscribe
Buggy and incomplete
Extremely buggy app. Won’t show upcoming tasks. Can’t view filters or reports. Abomination of an app. In 2024 when most people work on mobile this is unacceptable
Useless app
The app falls short in usability. Although the service itself is top-notch, especially on the web, the mobile browsing experience is abysmal. The app's functionality is severely limited—I can't even assign a product when creating a new deal, making it impossible to use the service on the go. This is a critical flaw that could easily be resolved by enabling access to the desktop version on mobile devices.
