Consider Carefully Before Purchasing the Bundles
I initially had a smooth experience during the trial, but after purchasing the Bundles on January 5, 2024, I encountered several issues that made the functions feel unstable. The day after the purchase, one app unexpectedly logged me out and asked for an individual purchase. When I attempted to restore the purchase, the app returned to the homepage but still displayed as "not purchased." I thought it might be a minor glitch, so I re-logged in, but it didn’t resolve the issue. Finally, I deleted and re-downloaded the app, and it started working normally. Unfortunately, similar problems began appearing in other apps within the Bundle over the next few days. I was repeatedly asked to log in, and attempts to fix the issue using the same methods didn’t work. I reached out to the app support team, who responded with several questions to understand the issue. After three days of waiting, the problems persisted across all apps. When I followed up, the team informed me they were working on it but couldn’t provide an estimated resolution time. Eventually, I decided to request a refund. The support team directed me to contact Apple, stating that the decision on whether to issue a refund would rest with Apple, which added to the frustration. While I appreciate the apps' excellent UI design, the instability of the Bundle system and the customer support made the experience disappointing. I hope the developers improve both the stability of their system and the responsiveness of their support team. If these issues are resolved, I would be happy to recommend the Bundles in the future. However, at this point, I advise potential buyers to carefully consider these challenges before making a purchase.
