App crashes when selecting pool robot

Paul in Portugal on

United Kingdom

The app crashes on my iPhone 12 mini when I select the robot. But it works fine on my wife’s iPhone 15. I have updated my iOS and reinstalled the app with no luck.

No longer works :(

When I select my zodiac pool heater which has previously worked fine for 2 years, it now says firmware update available but nothing happens when I click to update, no option if bypassing the update so I can no longer control the heater

App closes itself in a few seconds

I have just bought the pool cleaning Robert but the app closes itself in a few seconds and therefore I can’t use. How do I solve this ? Already deleted the app and reloaded but no good

What’s gone wrong

Kathryn1818 on

United Kingdom

This app has been working perfectly then it didn’t! Can’t activate the heat pump from 10 metres away never mind 1000 miles away, and I used to be able to! Is this an UPDATE problem.

Terrible update

Ukcminderok on

United Kingdom

I cannot believe this app is still using a web based interface to modify settings, the year is 2023, seriously sort it out, it’s a joke! In addition the latest update completely screwed my system resulting in an engineer having to visit at a cost of $150.

Simple to use

Very simple to use and great for controlling the cleaner salt chlorinator and air source heat pump

Update works!

Excellent update! Thank you....

Disappointed

dontbuyguy on

United Kingdom

It worked at first but 1 year in and I have to switch pump on and off daily because web page ( which is in French??) doesn’t load so I can’t adjust timers.

Simple to set up the wifi and it works

John_III on

Ideal to manage the pool - particularly for those times you forgot to turn off the lights, or the heating whilst on holiday... Also, as long as every system is zodiac, you can see everything about the pool in one place making management of it simple.

App works Ok

MR70448 on

United States

Well it actually works, but having to switch to web interface is a little clunky. This could have been integrated onto the app. There is also no Watch OS version unlike other pool control systems. This is a big deal, because keeping a phone dry while in the spa is a challenge. Using an Apple watch just makes so much more sense, even if the functionality on the watch is limited.
