iAquaLink Reviews

Buggy and slow. Horrible UX.

Obsidian NX on

Very laggy. Cannot adjust time in custom clean.

Functional

Kane Alward on

New Zealand

Web programming interface is unstable on iOS, need to use PC instead

Best of a bad bunch of pool controllers

kiwidad8 on

New Zealand

Interface is really clunky and you need to keep going to the web to set up and adjust. Add in lights and off to the pool room to manually switch them on and off to set up. It beats me as to why apps for other industry’s have come so far allowing control of mutiple products from multiple suppliers. Pool industry not so much

Worldwide Control

Can control everything regarding the pool and spa from anywhere

Struggles to pair own devices

GGeko on

New Zealand

Really poor experience with this app. Spent the extra money to get WiFi enabled IQ hydroxinator and Z400 heat pump and now can’t even connect them to WiFi. Both devices are well within range of WiFi. Put the units into pairing mode and then the app can’t even pick them up to connect to the WiFi. Terrible.

App works Ok

MR70448 on

Well it actually works, but having to switch to web interface is a little clunky. This could have been integrated onto the app. There is also no Watch OS version unlike other pool control systems. This is a big deal, because keeping a phone dry while in the spa is a challenge. Using an Apple watch just makes so much more sense, even if the functionality on the watch is limited.

Excellent if it didn’t get hung up on “waiting to connect”

FristratedUser1001 on

It’s frustrating when you can’t get into the program to update settings and it is stuck in a boot loop. This has obviously been a problem for many years, but IAqualink has not solved the issue, and therefore leaves it customers stressed and frustrated. Thank goodness there is 1 YouTube Video that tries to help with a solution. If this is such a common issue, why doesn’t IAqualink post its own solution on line? Other than this issue, program is good.

Wont connect

Rick Graciano on

This system drops out all the time. The Apps been down for days and the manufacture won't return calls . They charged me $25,000 for the App and controlling system , and it's junk. I wished somebody from the company would come fix it , or at least return my calls. Dont buy this unless you have a good attorney

No Web view available

Just ok in Surprise on

United States

Simple app view. Easy to understand. But Web view by Jandy does not work reliably at all. Disappointed as we just had the system installed.

Awful interface

AJJ1210 on

United States

Idk what screenshots they’re using to promote this app and how it appears to be almost 5 stars but the interface is awful. To do anything meaningful with the app you have to connect to “web interface”, turn your device horizontal, and navigate a Windows 94 framework to create schedules, adjust pump speed, increase salt production, etc. And that’s if it actually connects. Zodiac, invest some money in your app and give your engineers proper funding to have the app match the $50k, $100k, etc. spas and pools these are being used on.
