The software useable but is very antiquated and has no real customization features. If you have a device on the auxiliary circuit you’d like to relabel, good luck with that. The web interface is worse, it brings back memories of working on mainframe computers using a dumb terminal. Worst of all, is that something has recently happened with the limited home automation features (which were a godsend). Alexa cannot reach the pool functions that previously worked and the Alexa skill is not available anymore so it can’t even be reloaded. The Siri shortcuts have had issues but I can usually get my pool temperatures. I really hope we at least get the Alexa automation features back.

It’s hard to believe that in 2024 apps like this exist. It is literally the worse user interface I have ever used. You have to jump all over to do the very basic tasks that any user would perform on a daily basis. Expensive pool system, cheaply developed user interface. Surprised and very disappointed.

Needs more colors

Again. This app is fine for simple on off tasks but for more complex management of schedules it’s total rubbish. Hasn’t worked all week and now I can’t adjust my cleaning schedule to cool the pool down at night. Not happy.

Ever since the most recent update, I can't connect to many of the webpage interfaces, like for VSP set up. Page just reloads forever. Connection is constantly lost as a red dot and I have to refresh.

You would think they would let you make a favorites page where you can put all your most commonly used equipment but currently they segregate different types of equipment on different pages making navigation cumbersome. For example my filter pump 1 is on the home page but my filter 2 is on the equipment page. Additionally, to further customize your schedules, lights etc you have to go to a separate web page hacked into the app which is very slow and not user friendly. Put everything on one home user customizable page and bury the details in advanced menus, aqualink. And one app, not a separate web page the app. Look at what Rachio does. Do that.

Worked fine initially for the hot tub but once I added a chiller for the pool it’s worthless.

Please update your app with new features. Get up with the times

This app feels like it was made when the first smartphone came out. It is extremely outdated and has very limited and primitive functionality. Amazing that swimming pools, being the expensive luxury product that they are, come with one of the most poorly made apps.

In my opinion the app is excellent. But I don't understand why they want my name, address, email, and phone number in order to operate my robotic pool cleaner; unless the reason is harvesting marketing information from unsuspecting users.
