A scam
I tried the *free* trial, ended it PRIOR (7/15) to the end date (7/18) and the app is still trying to charge various cards $200 dollars *every day* since the trial period ended.

Can’t even activate account bc no email received with code so can’t even get in to try app AFTER already giving info to charge my card after trial. Can’t even get in to cancel it so have no way to prevent my card from being charged. Anyone who can help me cancel please reach out immediately Brittany
I just started the 7 day trial and I am excited to see how this turns out. So far the app has been both validating and informative. I have struggled severely with my ADHD for the last couple of years. I don’t know if it has anything to do with the fact that I stopped drinking alcohol or that I am just more engaged in the world due to work and responsibilities but either way I feel like this app is just what I’ve been needing. It’s practical, helpful, and very supportive. Thank you Inflow team! Will be posting updates as I continue with my free trial
I found inflow after being diagnosed AUDHD as an adult. I immediately dove into the modules, which not only were educational but extremely validating. They gave me language to characteristics about myself and have helped me develop life-changing coping strategies, habits, and supports. The body doubling sessions have been game-changing, and the community is super welcoming & caring. The app is created specifically for people with ADHD, which I love! The interface is clean and undistracting, the modules are brief (yet still full of helpful info), the font & paragraphs are easy to read, etc, etc. I’ve tried several other apps that claimed to be for ADHD, and it was clear they were just a general apps marketing themselves as such. They were awful & not helpful at all! Not the case with inflow! They also go above & beyond to remind you about cancelling your free trial (bc adhd) and offer a financial assistance program. I’m so impressed I haven’t heard of any other apps doing that! I could go on, but this is always way too long 😅 I couldn’t recommend inflow enough!!
This is an amazing app with a lot of great resources in the modules. But the best parts are the live action components. You get a personal adhd coach which is powerful when you need specific help to navigate setbacks. But you also have access to group activities! These might sound weird but are GAMECHANGERS. Think co-working with others who have ADHD and who get it. We keep each other pushing and focused, and reminders to be kind to ourselves when it’s hard or we get stuck. Callie and the team are fabulous at this and truly helped turn the tide on my overwhelm and anxiety. I’ve gone from panic attacks daily to using my tools. I’m not such an angry and impulsive mom- though I am a work in progress. And the app has helped me help my kids navigate their neurodivergent brains too. Grateful isn’t the word. It’s been life saving. I recently was able to pull myself out of a burnout cycle. Before I had no clue what it was. I’m better because of this safe space. I’ve met so many great people and this community is invaluable. Go sign up. Don’t hesitate. It’s worth every penny if you have it, and if you don’t, reach out for financial support bc they have it! The test is accurate and it’s used to guide your modules which is amazing, but it’s the people who care and teach you to love yourself again l, and to set realistic markers for success that matter most of all. Do it. Get plugged in. You won’t regret it.
Well, reading this info is like I have a spy camera in my apartment, my Jeep, the barn where I live and work part time…. And a spy camera that is scanning my brain….. I had no idea all these things/issues/topics/behaviors were part of the diagnosis!!!!! Now I am beginning to see where I really stand in relation to ADHD….. Right in the middle….. drowning in my unorganized, overwhelmed, procrastinating, hyper focused , afraid to start cause I have trouble finishing….. and it won’t be perfect if I do finish self…. I’m a lefty, I teach at a community college, drawing, and lapidary. I spend probably 1/3 of my income on things for the students, to make things easier and more exciting. Dang…. You got me pegged!
This app has pre-recorded and live classes, community, tool builders and many things that are super helpful and adhd friendly. The live co-working and focus sessions that go on for several hours throughout the week have been a game changer for me and so many people. Helping me to focus and also not feel alone. Thanks InFlo!
This app seems to offer some really helpful material for ADHD people but the pricing is only broken up between a big yearly payment of nearly $200 or monthly payements of roughly $45. I don’t even pay my therapist this much a month with my insurance. I’d like to suggest to developers offering a weekly subscription option that is more digestible. Even if the cost equals out to be the same each month, it would be easier to make smaller payments than payments of $45+ with the way some of my bills lay out each month.
I fell in love with this app immediately, and I’d love nothing more than to pay $199 for an annual subscription, but I can’t justify a purchase for that amount when I’ve spent 5 days on it, soaking up as much as possible, because I knew I’d be getting kicked off at any point. Also, I had to lock my bank card in order for the multiple attempts for the full price ($199.99) until I could log in and actively hit “cancel”. No question as to why, nothing. Kinda sucked experience-wise in the end. But the tools are helpful. If you take screenshots or tons of notes.
I can’t even use it because I can’t pay and I’m not using a one year free trial because after it’s one year what am I supposed to do? Pay? No
