Description

Inflow is designed by people with ADHD, for people with ADHD. We’re not a glorified Pomodoro timer or calendar. We’re a science-based digital program, here to help you manage your ADHD/ADD.

Do you struggle with focus? Organization? Procrastination? What about attention, hyperactivity, and anxiety? Is your calendar, planner, habit tracker, or timer still not helping you organize or get things done? Is your to-do list just not cutting it?

Your ADHD/ADD diagnosis doesn’t have to hold you back. Inflow can help.

Inflow is based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), proven to be effective in the management of ADHD/ADD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder).

Many people see ADHD/ADD as just a deficit or disorder. But the key to thriving with ADHD starts with understanding and embracing your unique ADHD brain.

Start focusing, meet your goals, kick the distraction habit, and start creating a daily structure that works for you. Spend less time planning to be productive, and more time getting things done.

Improve your skills in these areas:

- Focus and Concentration
- Attention and Hyperactivity
- Goal Setting and Consistency
- Mood and Emotional Regulation
- Distraction Reduction
- Cyber Addiction
- Creating a Routine
- Sticking to a Schedule
- Organization
- Time Management
- Impulsivity
- Depression and Anxiety
- Procrastination
- Medication and Treatment Options
- Mindfulness
- Nutrition

...all without an ad in sight.

Inflow provides the tools you need to focus on strategies in your everyday life. We help you build a daily routine habit by habit, a day at a time.

It’s time to tackle your to-do list with ease, whether that’s studying for an exam, organizing your home more effectively, improving your focus, or simply scheduling more time for self-care. Concentrate on what matters most and organize your daily life.

Inflow also sets you up for success with:

- Daily activities and visual reminders integrated easily into your daily life
- Daily focus feature so you can prioritize more effectively
- A stigma-free and supportive ADHD/ADD community to motivate you
- Coworking sessions

Whatever your goals may be — stronger organization skills, building a more effective to-do list, preventing procrastination, improving attention, reducing hyperactive traits, focusing on others, or simply coping with an ADHD/ADD diagnosis — Inflow can help.

ADHD/ADD can be challenging, but that doesn’t mean accessing support should be! If you’re tired of the day-to-day stress of managing ADHD/ADD, we’re here for you.

You don’t need to have a formal diagnosis or evaluation to use Inflow!

Reminder: While we are an ADHD/ADD app first and foremost, we cover numerous executive function skills, which can be applicable to autism (ASD), OCD, depression, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and more.

support system section is bad & subscription is deceptive

lou23847328943 on

absolutely detestable design. apps that don’t tell you it will cost money until you have completed a quiz and should be BANNED. say this on the opening screen. this is deceptive design and not acceptable also - why is sibling not an option?? or cousin?? these are my main support systems. this should be an option, or people should be able to select “other”. it feels EXTREMELY limiting and VERY exclusionary. allowing an “other” option is UX 101 - this should NOT have made it past going live!!!!!

Not ADHD friendly

Appism on

Confusing layout, walls of text, not great for someone with ADHD and a short attention span. Really annoying. I open the app, get overwhelmed with all the stuff it wants me to do and close it. Need to make it more rewarding / dopamine inducing.

Do not fall for the Scam!!

JaySlay666 on

I did the 1 week trial. Was told by the app it will send reminders to cancel the subscription days before it ends and then never got any reminders. So ofcourse the app then charged me £159. Struggling with ADHD means we’re not going to remember to cancel these sort of things hence the reminders that were needed. They know what they’re doing! Praying on us poor ADHD people to giving them the money. I’ve tried emailing already and requesting a refund but have had no response. I demand a refund. Absolutely useless!

Predatory business model. Avoid

LKX236 on

However much they claim to ‘understand’ people with ADHD, they clearly don’t. A misleading free trial, NO email reminders when you’re about to be charged (contrary to their claims) and the app is incredibly frustrating to use. Just a terrible experience all round.

Paid only

Nxl Jxb on

Don’t be lured in if you don’t have money to burn it’s trying to sell you your mental health for £200 a year or £50 a month. there’s nothing available for people struggling to get by. *update: you’re committed to profiting from mental health struggles you’re not committed ti helping everyone otherwise you’d include an affordable option, rather than a waiting list/access programme that I bet you would share any stats on about application:award ratios.

Subscription taken incorrectly

ShezzaJane on

I always immediately cancel subscriptions so was shocked when a charge came through. When I went on the app, it flashed up my subscription was cancelled but when I logged in it was set up for monthly subscriptions. When I checked on my subscriptions through my iPhone, it isn’t listed as a live or cancelled subscription so I was unable to ensure it was cancelled via subscriptions in my settings. I would definitely advise against downloading this app unless they have a reasonable explanation for this. Have asked for my money back but as I can’t see it in descriptions, I am concerned about being charged again next month…

Couldn’t sign up

Feelgoodhit on

Got through the whole onboarding but only to get an “it’s not you, it’s us” error. If you’re going to create an app for people who have ADHD then sort stuff like this out because some will do exactly what I did - Delete it because it’s too much bother. I’m brilliant at self sabotaging and procrastination - I don’t need an excuse NOT to do something, so this was the perfect reason to dump the app. Doh.

Difficult to cancel

lmn8134 on

Beware that it’s made difficult to cancel. You can’t do it through the app or from your subscriptions under Apple ID. You must login from the app and then cancel your subscription. It says to do it at least 24 hours before the trial ends which is bizarre?

Free-trial then take your money

mccalling on

I’ve read a lot of reviews and they say similar things. As an App that tries to help ADHD people, they sure try to put a lot of obstacles to get u a refund and to opt automatically to their full year subscription which is £179 per year and make it difficult for you to get a refund. I asked a refund from Apple last year thinking it went through but realised now that actually it got cancelled and it’s too late now to dispute it. I never even used the app not one bit and to be paying £179 as a disabled and unemployed person. That’s an awful lot. Hopefully the app developer will respond to my email and come to a resolution about the refund.

A life saving app

The Feline One on

This app is genius. So much live accountability. So much bite sized wisdom. So we’ll put together. Everyone needs this app. Especially if you have ADHD. And even if you don’t!
