Description

Inflow is designed by people with ADHD, for people with ADHD. We’re not a glorified Pomodoro timer or calendar. We’re a science-based digital program, here to help you manage your ADHD/ADD.
Do you struggle with focus? Organization? Procrastination? What about attention, hyperactivity, and anxiety? Is your calendar, planner, habit tracker, or timer still not helping you organize or get things done? Is your to-do list just not cutting it?
Your ADHD/ADD diagnosis doesn’t have to hold you back. Inflow can help.
Inflow is based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), proven to be effective in the management of ADHD/ADD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder).
Many people see ADHD/ADD as just a deficit or disorder. But the key to thriving with ADHD starts with understanding and embracing your unique ADHD brain.

- Daily focus feature so you can prioritize more effectively

You don’t need to have a formal diagnosis or evaluation to use Inflow!
Reminder: While we are an ADHD/ADD app first and foremost, we cover numerous executive function skills, which can be applicable to autism (ASD), OCD, depression, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and more.

Don’t bother.

Once you’ve completed ALL of your details and filled a questionnaire in, you’re then hit with the 7 day free trial with no pricing info at all. Never mentioned in any sponsored ad’s and now they have all my info. Completely deceptive. Absolutely scam.

Could be a bit better

ITBURME on

I have only been using it a couple of days and so far it seems to have good content. Just one criticisms, on apple devices, for past webinars you can’t see which ones you have played ves which ones you haven’t. And if you had to stop in the middle of one, the app does not save where you left off so you can return to the same point

Now too expensive

I used this app last year and thought it amazing it really helped me a lot, the information in it and the explanations for why our brains work in certain ways and how to avoid ADHD pit falls are very good. But unfortunately they have increased the price to a point where I can no longer afford it. If you can afford it get it, but they have priced themselves out of me.

Payment taken after cancellation

I downloaded this app without realising it would be a paid subscription. I looked at the free trial and then immediately cancelled the subscription as it did not seem worth the annual fee. The app then took the subscription payment from my bank anyway! This has left me very short of funds and waiting the 2 days they take to respond before even generating a refund which will take several days no doubt to come through if they even will agree to a refund. Really disappointed and inconvenienced by the whole thing.

Poor CX ruins the app

I cancelled this subscription as soon as I set up the trial as I knew I would forget otherwise (and I could always reinstate if needed at a later date). I got very quick confirmation of this being cancelled so was very pleased. It was a busy week so I wasn’t able to utilise the trail, a real shame, yet at the end of the week I was still charged £159(!) I find this really upsetting as I did everything needed to avoid this happening and was told it wouldn’t happen… and still! Very upsetting and I hope I don’t have to wait too much longer for this to be resolved.

support system section is bad & subscription is deceptive

absolutely detestable design. apps that don’t tell you it will cost money until you have completed a quiz and should be BANNED. say this on the opening screen. this is deceptive design and not acceptable also - why is sibling not an option?? or cousin?? these are my main support systems. this should be an option, or people should be able to select “other”. it feels EXTREMELY limiting and VERY exclusionary. allowing an “other” option is UX 101 - this should NOT have made it past going live!!!!!

Not ADHD friendly

Appism on

Confusing layout, walls of text, not great for someone with ADHD and a short attention span. Really annoying. I open the app, get overwhelmed with all the stuff it wants me to do and close it. Need to make it more rewarding / dopamine inducing.

Do not fall for the Scam!!

JaySlay666 on

I did the 1 week trial. Was told by the app it will send reminders to cancel the subscription days before it ends and then never got any reminders. So ofcourse the app then charged me £159. Struggling with ADHD means we’re not going to remember to cancel these sort of things hence the reminders that were needed. They know what they’re doing! Praying on us poor ADHD people to giving them the money. I’ve tried emailing already and requesting a refund but have had no response. I demand a refund. Absolutely useless!

Predatory business model. Avoid

LKX236 on

However much they claim to ‘understand’ people with ADHD, they clearly don’t. A misleading free trial, NO email reminders when you’re about to be charged (contrary to their claims) and the app is incredibly frustrating to use. Just a terrible experience all round.

Paid only

Nxl Jxb on

Don’t be lured in if you don’t have money to burn it’s trying to sell you your mental health for £200 a year or £50 a month. there’s nothing available for people struggling to get by. *update: you’re committed to profiting from mental health struggles you’re not committed ti helping everyone otherwise you’d include an affordable option, rather than a waiting list/access programme that I bet you would share any stats on about application:award ratios.
