Horrible drivers! Can’t follow instructions. Worst most traumatic experience with a company and app ever.
Such a Scam, I ordered twice and never got my item and the refund period was 15 business days, don’t even know if i got refund or not, Worst of the all, Shut down this app 👎

I enjoyed instacart at first until problems started happening, and discovered a very not customer centred service. They do not care about good customer service, so prepare to get overcharged, and nothing will be done. Wrong items? Nothing done. Order not arrived? Money taken from you… nothing done. Customer service is AI, getting a live person takes effort, but is no better. Screw over the customer is what they do… I am surprised they are still in business.
I woke up today and I saw that 55 dollars was taken out of my back account by Instacart and the weird thing is, I don’t even have an account with them and the last time I used them was probably 2017. When I called them they didn’t even know what I was talking about and wanted me to fill out a form. The girl I spoke to didn’t even want to answer my questions. So now my card has been compromised and I have to take time out of my day to go to the bank to get a new card and wait for the 55 dollars to come back into my account. They need to get rid of Instacart. We have ubereats and DoorDash, no use for a third one. What a way to start a new year…
Your service is so amazing .
They started out being a decent app. Then when Covid-19 hit, their extra prices went up. Now, Jan. 2, 2025, their prices and fees and tips are out of reach for me as an elderly, handicapped woman, they are way beyond my reach Price-wise to ever use this app again. I have always given 4 or 5 stars! But now I only gave the 2 stars because my total price in the end, took all my money out of my account that I didn’t expect because prices had gone up overnight, so I can no longer pay my rent, which by the way also went up $75 this month. What does a person who is handicapped & no longer shop for herself have to do to live on now? Nothing is left. ~Signed, Very disappoint in taking advantage of the elderly and handicapped ~ We get so little breaks after 65, that we can barely live on the little limited income that our retirement gives😓 Unless there is a drastic change in the cost, I will not we consider you for the next year. I’ve been with you 2 years BEFORE the pandemic. I’ll find another organization!!
Yet another delivery app that probably isn’t profitable and has to resort to extortionate fees. There’s no longer a free delivery type without subscribing to their service which is just sad. Just place likely my last order due to these outrageous price hikes in delivery charges. What a sad ploy to try and get people to subscribe…
The business has no customer service at all, they do display customer service's number but when you try to reach them out, there would be no one picks it up. Trust me, I've tried it for several times and it sucks. They would try to mess up your order so that they could make profit off it. When I report a problem, they offer me app credit which would never ever show up in your account.
