Poor app interface & support
Any time there’s an issue, I will be on chat with Customer Support for over an hour just hoping for a simple answer like “is my order coming” (like when an order for today suddenly spontaneously changes the delivery date to the next day). The responses are nonsensical (like repeating “I will help you” but never actually helping or doing anything, literally just repeating that they will help). It will go on for at least an hour. Also, the app is poorly designed for the user; finding a way to chat with the driver is cumbersome, it doesn’t let you alter your saved directions without placing a new order, etc. Also, I will sometimes spontaneously get an email from them that I have canceled my order when I never canceled my order, then when I login it turns out it wasn’t canceled at all. They need to fix their serious tech problems.
