The Worst service ever! I will never use it again in my life. A christmas gift supossed to arrive on the 24 still has not arrive By the 28

A while ago I made a purchase through the Instacart application, I left complaints because money was deducted from my husband's card, this happened again, he never made a replacement although I did make the complaint, today, July 11, my partner transferred money to that card and Instacard deducts money again from a supposed membership that I have never had, this is an advantage either. 5 dollars 10 dollars is money that in the end no one takes care of, I closed my Instacard account because it is a disgusting application without concrete solutions the worst application experience I have ever had I hope this situation does not happen again I will leave a review on the AppStore.

Any time there’s an issue, I will be on chat with Customer Support for over an hour just hoping for a simple answer like “is my order coming” (like when an order for today suddenly spontaneously changes the delivery date to the next day). The responses are nonsensical (like repeating “I will help you” but never actually helping or doing anything, literally just repeating that they will help). It will go on for at least an hour. Also, the app is poorly designed for the user; finding a way to chat with the driver is cumbersome, it doesn’t let you alter your saved directions without placing a new order, etc. Also, I will sometimes spontaneously get an email from them that I have canceled my order when I never canceled my order, then when I login it turns out it wasn’t canceled at all. They need to fix their serious tech problems.

I placed an order for the first time. Got canceled 3 times. DOORDASH would never do this to me. Trash app.

I honestly can’t imagine a nicer service than Instacart. With so many things these days that seem to be working against us all, this is a gift that seems almost too good to be true. The hours and anxiety that Instacart avoids, I really can’t see any rain not to continue my trial subscription.

99$ sub fee and I pick a deliver within a half hour and I get a hour and a half later delivery time
