Potential Bug
I am not an App developer but I guess there is a bug. I mistakenly added the same city twice in the list of countries lived, however, later I tried to delete one of the entry but it gives some type of error.
Horrible app
This app is too bad. I didn’t recipe anything notice that I paid for 1 year fee. And now I even can not delete my credit information. Too difficult to use. This app is so wrong and unacceptable!
Translation function
I want a translation because English is not perfect
Bad customer support
Purchased Albatross membership and got error and can’t get access to paid contents. Sent message to their support and they sent one follow up message but after that I haven’t heard back from them for 5 days...
Unacceptable
Asked for a refund in 2018 and got a [you can’t refund it after 14 days] (I accepted it since it was too late to ask for it ) and until recently I just found I have been charged even after I asked for a cancelation and refund from 2018. Didn’t even notice that I have paid for 2019, 2020 and 2021 until now, This is so wrong, I want my money back.
