Auto renewal subscription terms:

Tried to upgrade to albatross status but having issues saying already albatross. Reported many times to support no actions. It’s been pending for a year already - first time when reported the problem

Discrimination App!!
I have send a membership request to join this community, but they have declined my request without mentioning the reason!! I just mentioned I’m from Jordan and I lived in Dubai for 36 years, but they have declined my request. Horribly discriminated app.. never waste your time downloading and paying the 50 USD.
Bad experience
Support is very bad and they are completely fraud and trick users by sending emails that you are eligible for trial but once you register they will deduct the amount for albatross. Then will come back say that you pay by apple pay and we cannot do any thing about that. Will be going to report to dubai cyber crimes
Fraud Not worth the money paid (no active groups)
Its not worth a penny paid,also when I changed my card they send you a ugly threat email that they will notify the debt collection if you don’t put a new card and pay for the renewal,thats why they handle their customers
No option to cancel the subscription
I want to cancel my subscription as it's quite expensive unlike the other app where you can easily cancel your Subscription and I'm not really active here. In order for you to cancel the subscription you will need to email them and make a request. Not sure if they will receive it and cancel my subscription as there was no confirmation that they received my request. I hope that someone will get back to me for this issue.
iOS app bug
I installed the app twice whenever I want to edit something in my profile or accept event or get details I am not allowed … I press on edit, add to calendar, reply… but nothing happen also my notifications remain … very not friendly using app. I am a paid member and honesty the app is not functional.
Racist application
They will reject your membership if you're an arab
