Disappointed in constant price increases
I have used app for a couple of years now and it was worked amazing but price increases are terrible it’s just going up $3 for the basic invoicing. It went up not too long ago. So unfortunately you will be losing me as a customer.
Works well but continually increasing the price
The app works well but there has been like 3 price increases in the last 12 months which is getting ridiculous. There is no reward for loyal customers.
Updated, re-subscribed and still cannot make an invoice
The app used to be fine up until a few months ago. Now I am having issues with making invoices. I have paid for the subscription and yet I still cannot make an invoice. Each time I go to tap the “+” icon to send out a new invoice, it takes me to the subscription options, even though I’ve already paid. Have restarted the app and updated it too. This is pretty bad.

Really love this app. It’s changed my life. So easy to use. Monthly fee is great. Fantastic service!!!!! Thank you.
Great til it’s not
Got a new device & been processing as normal just to find that the invoices have no sent history/haven’t gone thru Prior to changing devices I never had an issue ( maybe this was one of the “bugs” to be fixed in the most recent update 🤔🤔🤔) Now I look incompetent as I assumed invoices had been sent but they hadn’t 🙈
Invoice simple
I am a plumber & have been using invoice simple since I started out. Excellent app & over the last couple of years they have been adding new features which make it the perfect app for doing everything.
Poor customer support
App was going fine until the last month. Now has had 2 glitches (1 major) in the last month. Major glitch has caused me extra stress and work of having to chase up and make sure clients are kept up to date on this situation and chasing up again to make sure i can get paid. Customer support offered no timeframe to problem being fixed nor compensation for extra stress caused or time and money cost. Do yourself a favour people, spend the little bit extra and use a invoicing client that is more reputable. Wish i knew about this sooner!!
Brilliant!
Love this app, has been crucial in my startup business for the last few months. Would love to be able to sort sent invoices by date sent/paid. Also would be awesome to tap on a client, and have the invoice number pre-fill with the next invoice number for that specific client. The constant reminders to “be paid online” is annoying if we could switch that off please :) And maybe a dark mode? But that’s icing on the cake. Appreciate your team, customer service is 5/5. Legends !

Good app but needs to be upgraded if I want fill out the details with the same things on each estimate I don’t have to copy and paste from the recent one.
